Demand for data center space is **surging globally**, but supply can’t keep up. According to **JLL via Data Center Dynamics**, growth is being slowed by **power constraints, permitting delays**, and **land availability**—all of which are limiting how quickly new capacity can come online. This is making it harder than ever for businesses to find the space they need—especially in high-demand markets like Ashburn, Hillsboro, Phoenix, and Dallas. The reason? Rapid growth in **AI infrastructure**, **cloud services**, and high-density computing is pushing capacity to its limits. And with delays in construction and limited access to power, supply just can’t keep up. --- ### How Arkitech Group Gives You the Advantage At Arkitech Group, we help clients navigate this capacity crunch by providing **early access to data center availability**—before it hits the open market. Thanks to our partnership with **Bridgepointe Technologies**, we unlock access to: - **Pre-market availability** from top providers - **Smaller, regional operators** across the globe - Insider insights into upcoming capacity in markets like **Hillsboro, Ashburn, Phoenix**, and beyond > The value of working with us? You're never the last to know—and never left scrambling for space. --- ### Ready to Secure the Right Space?
